BLACK SEA (Oct. 16, 2019) — The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Porter (DDG 78) participates in a trilateral passing exercise with Ukrainian navy missile cutter UKRS Pryluky (U 153) and Romanian navy frigate ROS Macellariu (F 265) in the Black Sea, Oct. 16, 2019. Porter, forward-deployed to Rota, Spain, is on its seventh patrol in the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of national security interests in Europe and Africa.
