This plant, instead of dying down to the ground every winter, like the herbaceous variety, grows into a hard- wooded shrub. The flowers are the same in form as the common variety, but of a light pink or blush color. As the plants attain age they make very showy bushes and are very desirable for jdanting among shrubbery.
