Waltrop, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany - Ship lift and lock park Waltrop. Signs on the site LWL Industriemuseum Schiffshebewerk Henrichenburg. Waltrop Lock Park is the name given to the four descent structures at the branch of the Rhine-Herne Canal from the Dortmund-Ems Canal. The only lift in operation is the New Lock, built between the Old Shaft Lock and the New Lift in 1989.
