The ears were of good size and they ripened hard and dry, and practically all of it sound com. The corn was cut before frost and the fodder is of excellent quality. There was less soft and immature ears among those of this Dent com than in the Flint varieties, and the yield was greater. The stalks grow 7 to 8 feet high and produce very large, heavy ears with 14 to 16 rows. Cob small. The tips of the kernels are white, and the rest yellow; hence the name " White ; We recommend this variety for good corn land, especially "bottom land," where it will yield great crops.
