The menagerie of Blaauw Jan, 1751; Demolition of the courtyard of the Inn of Ouds is called Blaauw Ian. Menagerie in the courtyard of the Herberg of Jan Berentsz Westerhof or Blaauw Jan at the Kloveniersburgwal in Amsterdam in 1751: a court with an aviary in the middle with ostriches, peacocks, casseraries, parrots and a raven. In the foreground a lion, panthers, monkeys and a young walrus. According to the explanation of the print, these animals, as well as the Frisian dwarf Wybren Lolkes and the Finnish giant Daniel Cajanus, were also admired here.
