Co., of Ham-ilton, Ont., makes a permanent patch, itis stated, on a small punchure or a largeblowout on tubes without vulcanizing,which will stretch with the tube upon in-flation. It is an all white, self-vulcaniz-ing sheet rubber patch, it is stated, and. Las-Stik Tube Patch utes time by anyone, any , it is stated, is a cold patch,no heat or tools being required, and canbe used immediately as the pressure andheat from the casing in action does thework. It is claimed that with Las-Stikit costs only one cent to repair a nailhole. It is manufactured under an en-tirely new process, which gives it the re-quired strength to resist the highestair pressure, hottest roads and hardestservice. PIPE THREADER In working out the design of the newreceding pipe threader, which has re-cently been added to the line of toolsmanufactured by the Greenfield Tap &Die Corporation, Greenfield, Mass., twospecial advantages are claimed for it—one, the quick release o fthe chasers atthe end of the cut, the other, the quickresetting to cutting size. , In operation the tool is wound onto No unwinding is necessary to returnthe threader to its original cutting posi-tion.
