Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Zulwin Balhon, Medical Education and Training Campus Pharmacy Technician program instructor, provides Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) instruction to students on how to apply a torniquet during a field training exercise, Nov. 30, 2022 at Joint Base San Antonio-Camp Bullis, Texas. The field training exercise is a 96-hour Field Training Exercise for 17 Soldiers and 16 Airmen. It helps to train, evaluate, and validate the Pharmacy Specialist/Technicians on Warrior Task and Battle Drills and occupational specific tasks.
