GYERYONGDAE, Republic of Korea (Nov. 3, 2016) Rear Adm. Brad Cooper, commander, Naval Forces Korea (CNFK) joined Republic of Korea (ROK) Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Um, Hyun sung, for a pass and review of ROK sailors and honour parade during Cooper's visit. CNFK is the Navy's representative in the ROK, providing leadership and expertise in naval matters to improve institutional and operational effectiveness between the two navies and to strengthen collective security efforts in Korea and the region.
