A 1915 photo of US President Calvin Coolidge and his two sons John (on the right) and Calvin Jr. Calvin Jr was to die at 16 yrs old, from sepsis and blood poisoning following an infection in a blister on his toes that he got from playing tennis with no socks on. President Coolidge never forgave himself for the death of his youngest son.
