11/07/2015 Wild flowers and the Fitzalan Chapel at Arundel Castle Arundel Castle, West Sussex was founded at the end of the 11th Century and has been the family home of the Dukes of Norfolk and their ancestors for nearly 1000 years. The original castle was founded on Christmas Day by Roger de Montgomery, Earl of Arundel, one of William the Conquerors m,ost loyal barons.
