Specialist Joshua Culotta, 1st Lt. Brandon Rodriguez, and Capt. Philip Webster from 1-230th Assault Helicopter Battalion are awarded the Army Aviation Broken Wing Award during a ceremony at McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base Dec. 4, 2022. Crew member Sgt. Danny Mills was not in attendance. The four-man air crew made an emergency landing in their UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter near Wears Valley, Tennessee, March 31, 2022, with no injuries and saving the $15 million aircraft.
