Hehas published a number of interesting essays uponeducational and historical subjects, the BiennialReports of the Iowa Institution for the Deaf andDumb 1864-1878, the Annual Report of the OhioInstitution for 1882, and other works. Mr. Talbotdied January 16, 1S99.
