The torn-down building subsequently served as the 7th Headquarters of the Signal Corps. Sgt. Combs, , photographed this image on April 22, 1919, and it was received on April 14, 1919. The photograph is referenced as SUBJECT 47338 and is associated with Sgt. Combs and the Signal Corps. No other notes are available.
