Spitfire Mk Vc AR501 is an original aircraft which saw active service in the World War II She carries the markings of No 310 (Czech) Squadron, with which she served on operations in 1942-1943. She sports her original ‘clipped’ wing tips which gave Spitfires a better roll rate rather than the standard elliptical tips most are familiar with.
