A soldier from the Armed Forces of Djibouti (FAD) Bataillon d’intervention rapide (BIR) leads a class on proper detention and handling of Enemy Prisoners of War (EPW) Feb. 9, 2021, in an undisclosed location in Djibouti. The Security Forces Assistance Brigade (SFAB) is helping to organize, train and equip the newly formed BIR to better prepare them for future operations.
