Royal Air Force Marine Branch, 1939-1945. Seaplane Tender Mark I ST 201speeds down the Cattewater, passing a Short Sunderland of No. 10 Squadron RAAF moored at Mount Batten, Devon. ST 201 was a surviving example of the original Seaplane Tenders, which T E Lawrence (as Aircraftman Shaw) taught RAF coxswains how to handle in 1931.
