legal team arrive at the Supreme Court in London to defend against the legal challenge to the Prorogation of Parliament , by Gina Miller. 17th Sept prorogation of the Parliament, was ordered by Queen Elizabeth II upon the advice of the Conservative Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, on 28 August 2019. opposition politicians saw this as an unconstitutional attempt to reduce parliamentary scrutiny of the Government's Brexit plan.
