3 February 2021. Elgin High Street, Moray, Scotland, UK. This is the new metal construction gates at either end of Elgin High Street that can be closed to make it a Pedestrian and Cycle Zone. However, it was a shocker and Moray Council did not communicate this with the Public, Taxi, Shops etc.
