Percy Angles Hurd is a member of Parliament for theFrome Division of Somerset,entering the House at theGeneral Election of December,1918. He has been engaged injournalism in London for manyyears, and is London editor ofthe Montreal Daily Star (Win-ermere.) He was concerned inthe establishment of the Out-look in 1898 and was its editorand managing director until1904.
