Southport, Burscough, Lancashire, UK. 3rd February, 2015. Lambing Season at Windmill Animal Farm. 2 year old Madison Slinger is bottle feeding a one day old lamb. Animals at the farm are usually scheduled to give birth around the school half-term in two weeks time, but some are born early and can result in casualties, as in this case where the twin died. The Farm was first opened to the public in 1992, it offers visitors the chance to experience the everyday running of a working farm while still having the chance to watch, feed, touch and the animals.
