Skull (fig. 33) l)road, the zygomatic breadth nearly ecpial to upper length in median line, but with no special peculiarities in form; basisphenoid pits well developed, though shallow. Externally as in Kptesicus. Species —Hesj)eropteniif< f'ichidVi (Blyth). Rcviarl's.—It is with some hesitation that I apjily the name Hes- peropteims to the genus represented by //. t'lchcJli.
