J., which includes a 21-stall enginehouse, machine shop and other facilities,the construction of which was carried on under traffic. The new building is a combination of a radialtype lOS-ft. enginehouse and a rectangular building. The old enginehouse was of timber construction with 21stalls served by an 80-ft. turntable and adjoined Pavoniaavenue, a heavy trucking thoroughfare ending at the back wall of the structure was parallel to the street line,a plan that was followed in the construction of the newenginehouse. In conjunction with the 21 stalls in the engine-house, there was a repair bay containing 8 tracks, whichconnected with 6 radial tracks at one end and with atransfer table at the other.
