The LIRP is an open display of capability to the public and included a UH-N1 Huey helicopter landing on a football field. Members of the Harlowtown community were able to talk with personnel, sit inside the armed rescue vehicles and helicopter and ask questions about the security provided by Malmstrom Air Force Base.
