Kathy Edenborough, 628th Contracting Squadron director of business operations and 628th Air Base Wing small business specialist, receives her retirement certificate from Col. Dale Skinner, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center deputy director of contracting, during her retirement ceremony Jan. 30, 2019, at the Hunt Community Center on Joint Base Charleston, Edenborough has served 30 years as a civil servant to NASA, the Army and the Air Force. Her career started out in 1986 as a budget analyst intern at the Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas.
