With a dropper or with the' aid of a camels hair brush, to mil (3 to 4 drops) of concentrated mallein is placed on the lower eyelid. In case malkin discs are used one disc should be placed into the conjunctival sac. Care should be taken that it does not drop out before being dissolved which usually takes from 30 to 50 seconds.
