Public collection at Kungsbron in Karlskrona in connection with the cannon boat Svensksund arrives on September 30, 1930. On board are the remains of the three polers Salomon August Andrée, Knut Fraenkel and Nils Strindberg, disappeared since the Andrée expedition disappeared in 1897 and found on Vitön in the summer of 1930. The stop in Karlskrona continued Svensksund to Stockholm where the solemn funeral took place.
