070419-N-0857S-001 NEW ORLEANS (April 19, 2007) - ElectricianÕs Mate 2nd Class Randy Norris assembles the inside of the navigation radar for the 25-foot utility boat at Naval Support Activity (NSA) New Orleans. Personnel assigned to the boat house designed and hand constructed a radar mount for their utility boat. The new radar system gives boat house personnel the added capability to operate the boat in fog, limited visibility and darkness.
