An early 19th century illustration of Eglise de Saint Aventin de Larboust, a Romanesque church located in the Pyrenees, in Saint-Aventin, Haute-Garonne in the Occitanie region of France. Dating from the 11th and 12th centuries, the church, with two bell towers is typical of Pyrenean Romanesque art, is dedicated to a shepherd from the valley, a very popular hermit who lived there towards the end of the 8th century.
