The Umeda DT 27-story building in Osaka Japan. Engineers designed the building to withstand an earthquake. Features of the building include a Tuned Mass Damper TMD air conditioning units that are suspended on a swing-like mechanism to dampen movement from wind or small earthquakes. Sliders.
