HAIFA, Israel (Jan. 19, 2014) - Fire Controlman 2nd Class Raymond Slaton mans a .50-caliber machine gun aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Stout (DDG 55) as the ship prepares to pull into the Haifa, Israel for a scheduled port visit. Stout, homeported in Norfolk, Va., is on a scheduled deployment supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the 6th Fleet area of operation.
