Richard Posey, son of Pennsylvania’s first Deputy Adjutant General for Air (DAG-A), Brig. Gen. Richard Posey, holds a photo of his father while standing with current DAG-A, Brig. Gen. Michael Regan, and state Command Chief Paul Frisco, in front of the shields representing Pennsylvania Air National Guard Headquarters and each of the state’s three Air National Guard Wings. Brig. Gen. Posey served as DAG-A for 20 years and is considered by many as the Father of the Pennsylvania Air National Guard.
