OAK HARBOR, Wash. (July 3, 2018) The color guard parades the colors during the change of command ceremony for Commander, Electronic Attack Wing, Pacific Fleet (COMVAQWINGPAC) at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island. During the ceremony, Capt. Adam T. Carlstrom relieved Capt. Tabb B. Stringer as commanding officer of COMVAQWINGPAC.
