The World Peace Statue, Grandcamp-Maisy, Normandy, France. The Statue was made in China and was dedicated on the 60th Anniversary of D Day in June 2004. The statue is 10m high and was a gift from the Chinese Peace Foundation. It is located close to the National Guard Memorial.
