Flotilla of manually rowed fishing boats working together with extended poles trawling the nets on Lake Kivu in Rwanda Central Africa. These boats fish in all weathers and put out to sea in great numbers every night displaying a fire fly array of lights. They chant rhythmically as the awesmen paddle. The woodland of the surrounding headland is lush and green and frames the fishermen and their elegant, organic, hand crafted, wooden and spider-like boats as they return to the harbour
