Ian Jones, an executive officer with the 919th Engineer Support Company, and his wife, Kaitlyn, receive the most creative dog costume for their dog, Marshmellow, dressed as Hairy Pawtter at Fort Bragg's 4th Annual Volksmarch on Smith Lake, Oct. 15.
