160422-N-SP496-044 BREMERTON, Wash. (April 22, 2016) -- USS Nimitz (CVN 68) sailors pick up the trash near a barracks parking building during a field day on Naval Base Kitsap (NBK). The field day was meant to clean up the base, helping to make it a safe and pleasant work environment. Sailors participating in the event focused their efforts on ground maintenance, including trash pick-up and yard waste debris around NBK's buildings.
