View of the church of Saint-Laurent-sur-Saône . The Church owes its origin to an Abbey, the Abbey of Saint Laurent, which originated in the 6th century. In the 11th century, there was more of the Abbey, but he remains its Chapel, Romanesque style, become a parish church. Many depravities were perpetuated during the Revolution. The Church was transformed into a Hall, then intoa grain warehouse. its already poor state after the Revolution worsened with a fire on March 19, 1804. It was then decided to construct a new Church, almost on the site of the former. The works was started in 1853. The arrow of the Bell Tower was built in 1875, three doors in 1890 and the sacristy in 1893. The result is a neo-Gothic church, of 60 m long and 22 m wide.
