Balsareny is a village, head of the municipality of the same name located in the Llobregat valley, north of Bages. Situated on a rolling terrain dominated by pine forests, the term is well connected by road to be crossed by Axis Llobregat and the BP-4313, which connects Suria with Balsareny and Avinyo.
