Over this, onthe fide of the hill, there is a very curious piece of antiquity now inruins, tho it feems to have been defigned to have lafted tor ever, but ithas been deftroyed by force ; it is a room hewn out^of one ftone of greymarble, and feems to have been an antient fepulchre; it was probablymoved to this place, and not cut out of the rock on that fpot, unleis art.
