MOROCCO; WATER WELL AT ARAB SETTLEMENT NR. TIWEJ DAD
A primitive wooden water shaft for drawing water from under ground. The Arab owner is walking nearby of Moroccans in rural areas rely on rainwater and harvesting it is their principal water source. 7% is collected from springs, half of which supply of the population. These wells are known as Gnats or Khedora.
