David Davenport, Army Training and Doctrine Command, command sergeant major, attends the graduation ceremony for Basic Leader Course Class 011-16, hosted by the Nebraska National Guard's 1st Battalion, 209th Regiment (Regional Training Institute), Sept. 29, at Camp Ashland.
