Bright yellow ray petals with a deep golden yel- low cushion. Gives a brilliant effect in the garden. Preya. Light sulphur yellow shaded with picric yellow. Artistic large flowers of semi-double form, carried upright on strong plants. Gudrun. Golden copper shaded with bronzy shrimp pink. An artistic flower of less regular formation than the others with several rows of the petals pointing slight- ly upward as well as sideways which adds a carefree effect. Njorth. Amaranth pink petals showing a tendency to- wards spoon formation. Several rows of petals form- ing a sharp contrast to the brilliant golden yellow center. Odin. Hellebore red. Graceful, well-rounded flowers composed of several rows of broad ray petals encir- cling a small golden yellow center. Sigurd. Light coral red with carnelian shadings. Novelty for 1942 Debutante A new Korean Hybrid Chrysanthemum of a light lemon yellow diffused with soft peach and light rose, blended to give a delightfully soft effect. The flowers are nearly double and measure more than 2 inches across; borne on vigorous free-branching plants, 2 feet tall, with healthy deep green foliage.
