In March 2020, a small population of Himantoglossum robertianum (Giant orchid) was discovered in the dunes near Noordwijk, Province of Zuid-Holland, which is the first record of this species in the Netherlands. In maart 2020 werd een kleine populatie van Hyacintorchis (Himantoglossum robertianum) ontdekt in de duinen bij Noordwijk. Dit is de eerste vondst van deze soort in Nederland.
