Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Afirca and Camp Lemonier's command greet Adm. Gary Roughead, chief of naval operations upon his arrival to Camp Lemonier. During Roughead's short visit to Djibouti, he spoke with Sailors during an all-hands call. Many of the questions focused on the future of the Navy's fleet of ships and individual augmentee assignments.
