NELLIS Air Force Base, Nevada -- President Barack Obama addresses over 400 military and civilian members at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev. on May 25, 2009, after he visited the $100 million Nellis Photo Voltaic Array, the largest solar energy field in the western hemisphere.
