191003-N-UB406-0039 GULF OF CADIZ (Oct. 3, 2019) Sailors from the Royal Norwegian Navy Fridjof Nansen-class frigate HNoMS Thor Heyerdahl (F-314) approach the Navy guided-missile destroyer USS Gridley (DDG 101) in a rigid-hull inflatable boat (RHIB) as the ships conduct an integrated training team exercise. Gridley is underway on a scheduled deployment as the flagship of Standing NATO Maritime Group One to conduct maritime operations and provide a continuous maritime capability for NATO in the northern Atlantic.
