In the latter case the penis isrudimentary and there is hypospadias; the urethra opens by a separatecanal at the uro-genital cleft; there is a rudimentary development of thescrotal halves, and the testicles may be in the abdominal cavity. Thevasa deferentia empty usually in the urethra, sometimes in the uro-genitalcleft, and rarely in the cavity of the vesicula.
