The headland and seafront at Borth, Ceredigion, Wales
The beach at Borth is west facing and catches the setting sunlight each evening. Large boulders have been stacked along the beach to help reduce erosion. The beach is also the site of an ancient, submerged forest that forms the basis of the legend of Cantre'r Gwaelod.
