Auditor.—The auditor, Mr. William K. Ackerman, has charge of the principal books ofaccount of the company and exercises general supervision over the accounts of the variousdepartments. He is the custodian of the property of the corporation and keeps an inventory ofthe same and is required to examine, from time to time, the books, papers and accountsof the treasurer. Executive Committee.—The Executive Committee is composed of the president, vice-presidents, and ex-presidents of the Board of Directors, together with the chairman of each ofthe standing committees which chairmen are appointed by the president.
