On themanufacturing scale iron or iron lined with enamel or semi-por-celain, copper, tinned copper, or solid tinned pans are used. Up totwelve or eighteen inches diameter, pans, basins, or dishes madeof Wedgwood ware or porcelain composition (Fig. 16) may beemployed.
